By purchasing or using our interactive digital web invitations, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not purchase our design services. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with us; any details or photos of a child on a card must be submitted by that child's parent or guardian as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
2. Intellectual Property & Usage
We grant you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive hosting link to share your wedding/event card with guests. The interactive layout animations, source code structures and theme assets are the property of our brand. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, resell or distribute our design templates.
3. Marketing & Preview Content
Images, videos, template previews, sample names/dates and demo content displayed across this website are for marketing and illustrative purposes only. They are used to showcase our design capabilities and do not represent real clients unless explicitly stated, nor do they guarantee an identical final output for your order.
4. User Content & Media Copyright
You are responsible for ensuring that you have full legal rights to any photographs, images and audio tracks you send us to construct your card. We do not assume any liability for copyright claims or disputes arising from customer-provided assets.
5. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are payable in full before work begins. Payment is considered complete once confirmed by our payment gateway or received via UPI/bank transfer. Prices shown on this website may change at any time without notice; however, any order already confirmed and paid for will be honoured at the price agreed at the time of payment.
6. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes mentioned on this website (e.g. 24-96 hours) are estimates only and are not a guaranteed or contractual deadline. Actual delivery may vary depending on order volume, how promptly you provide complete event details and other factors outside our control. Should delivery take longer than estimated for any reason, this alone does not entitle you to compensation, a discount or a refund.
7. Accuracy of Information You Provide
You are responsible for the accuracy of all names, dates, venue links, contact numbers and other details you share with us. We are not liable for errors or consequences arising from incorrect information you supplied. Corrections to genuine mistakes are offered free of charge on a fair-use basis; requests that amount to a substantially new or repeated redesign may be treated as a separate order at our discretion.
8. Third-Party Services
Our cards may integrate third-party platforms such as YouTube for background music and WhatsApp for communication. We do not own or control these platforms and are not responsible for any downtime, restrictions or unavailability originating from them.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use, delay or unavailability of your invitation card.
10. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend any order at our discretion, including where requested content is unlawful, abusive or infringes on someone else's rights. Where this happens, any applicable refund, if any, will be assessed as per our Refund Policy.
11. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our services to create or distribute any invitation or content that is illegal, fraudulent, impersonates another person or entity, infringes on third-party rights or is intended to harass, defame or deceive any individual. Any such use is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate refusal, cancellation or suspension of your order without refund, in addition to any other rights available to us.
12. Accuracy of Website Content
We make every effort to ensure that the information, pricing, features and descriptions on this website are correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of publishing. Any discrepancy or error is unintentional and we will correct it as soon as we become aware of it. Such discrepancies do not entitle you to any claim beyond the correction itself.
13. Guest-Side Access & Connectivity
Your invitation card is a digital, internet-dependent experience. How it loads and plays, including its animations and background music, depends on each guest's own device, browser and internet connection. We are not responsible for a degraded experience, such as slow loading or muted audio, caused by low or unstable internet connectivity, an outdated device or browser settings on the guest's side.
14. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our services where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet or server outages, hosting provider failures, power cuts, natural disasters or other similar events.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after a revised version is posted here constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
